Enraged, Stella publicly revealed Luna’s prison past, sparking rumors. Luna seized the opportunity to clear her name and ensured Stella faced consequences. However, Luna suddenly collapsed and was hospitalized. Tests revealed she had little time left. Moved by her plight, Leon decided to donate his kidney.
