Leo, a late-stage stomach cancer patient, suddenly receives a breakup message from his girlfriend, Chloe. Struggling with both physical and emotional pain, he decides to end his life. In a moment of hopelessness, he gives all his spare change to a shabby old man selling pocket watches at a street stall. This act of kindness brings about a miracle. Time stops around him, and Leo safely lands when he jumps. It turns out that the old man is a time agent who has the ability to control time. The pocket watch is a magical item that can trade time! The old man saves Leo, entrusting him with the watch and the role of a time agent. He tells Leo that for every person he saves, he will live longer, and the watch can show the countdown of the dying and even stop or trade time. At first, Leo doesn't believe it, but after saving Wendy, the daughter of the Song family, he discovers his countdown has been extended. This gives him a new hope to survive, and he decides to reconcile with Chloe. However, when Leo arrives at Chloe's party, he finds that she has already moved on and mocks him cruelly. Leo tries to stop her, but is humiliated as a madman. Just then, he is shocked to see that everyone at the party has a death countdown above their heads! Desperate to save innocent lives and extend his own, Leo tries to disperse the crowd. But as time ticks down, no one believes him except for Wendy, and they all try to kick him out! Through this experience, Leo realizes the true power of the time pocket watch. He begins trading time to save one life after another.
