Trapped in Web
Wendy, an only child from a rich family, falls for Logan, a guy from the countryside. When she visits his village to meet his parents and plan their wedding, she uncovers dark secrets in the L Family. In a hidden room, she finds Lily, Logan’s mute, insane ex-wife, and an abused little girl. Lily was drugged into silence by Logan. To protect her mom, the little girl was forced to call Logan’s aunt “mom.” Wendy starts to get suspicious, but Logan tries to cover up by poisoning Lily. She arrives just in time to save Lily, but Logan has already bribed the local doctor to call Lily a beggar they took in. Logan plans to drug Wendy that night to trap her. Lily secretly hands Wendy her and Logan’s marriage certificate. Wendy realizes she’s the next victim. She tries to escape with Lily and her daughter, but Logan sabotages their car. Wendy seeks help from the villagers, only to be betrayed and brought back to Logan. The whole village is in on it. Meanwhile, Wendy’s mom, worried about her, arrives with a bodyguard to find her and help Lily and the girl escape.
